JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Responsibilities: Conducts all core and soft skill curriculum, including New Hire onboarding sessions for all employees. Implements transfer of learning utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role play, team exercises, group discussions, video, classroom, labs, and webinars. Reviews, researches, maintains, designs, and develops learning solutions to ensure alignment with the strategic business objectives of the organization. Ambassador of the Bank delivering a professional learning experience in an environment that's creative, comfortable, and consistently within Bank guidelines/policy/procedures. Performs necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner including monitoring class enrollment levels, maintaining training space and supplies, scheduling appointments with internal customers, routine LMS maintenance, and organizing manuals/materials. Monitors class participation and makes delivery adjustments as needed to maintain engagement. Identifies course improvement opportunities and assists in the maintenance of learning curriculum delivered at Retail level. Attends and/or facilitates meetings as needed to understand how to support the objectives within the Bank's business lines. Evaluates progress of and provides feedback to relevant groups regarding new hires and trainees. Schedule and conduct training follow-up meetings at branch offices, inclusive of observations and feedback to the individual and their management. Develops strong collaborative ties between departments and SMEs to ensure training content is being delivered to Bank standards in a consistent manner, ensuring the most relevant and accurate materials are being presented.
