Job Description

As a Backoffice employee Manifacturing of the Trainer Center, you are the first line support and the learning specialist for our learning management system (MyLearning). In this role, you assist and support our customers with all training related questions. You coordinate the delivery of training programs, and monitor the results.

As a training coordinator you have excellent verbal/written communication in Dutch and English. You are customer friendly and flexible. For this role it is required that you have strong organizational skills and that you are a real team player. You have also strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.

In your role you will:

  • Be responsible to organize keeping up to date all training material and content in our LMS

  • Be the first contact point for all training and training support related questions

  • Be the MyLearning (Cornerstone LMS) specialist and you will be part of our MyLearning project team

  • Assessing training needs for new and existing employees

  • Identifying internal and external training programs to address competency gaps

  • Be a partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs

  • Organize, develop or source training (programs) to meet specific training needs

  • Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design

  • Inform employees about training options

  • Map out training plans for individual employees

  • Track and report training evaluations

  • Provide training feedback to program participants and management

  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology

  • Maintain employee training records

  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers

  • Coordinate off-site training activities for employees

  • Coordinate training budget

  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

  • Keep track on training design and methodology


Bachelor degree in a related field or MBO level


4 years with proven experience or competence. Working with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Cornerstone).
