This exciting position will allow the right candidate the opportunity to work with ClubWyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacation Club by Wyndham.


The right candidate will report directly to the Regional Director of Training for the Midwest Region.

  • The right candidate will relocate to the Sevierville, TN area.

  • Have a strong desire to be anintegralpart of the area senior leadership team.

  • A ssists in overseeing training for the Tennessee area, which includes the Smoky Mountains, Fairfield Glade and Nashville.

  • Must be able to travel throughout the Midwest region, if needed. Required to travel to the sites in Tennessee

  • Must have the ability to communicate and partner with SVP, VP, DOS, Regional Director of Training, Regional Director of Recruiting, Regional Director of Sales Projects, Site Recruiters and Site Trainers.

  • Possess the ability to identify opportunities relating to, but not limited to, the training department, sales lines (in house and front line), sales processes and a desired follow-through to affect and implement positive change.

  • Must a proven track record of success. This may include, but is not limited to, front line or in house sales, sales manager, site trainer, Sr. Manager, DOS or VP positions.

  • Support the Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance and be certified to conduct Non-Owner Workshops and/or Owner Workshops, if needed

  • Have a strong working knowledge of Wyndham Vacation Resorts, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacation Club.

  • This position will oversee training to include:

  • Ensuring Wyndham’s “Play to Win” new hire training curriculum is delivered to new hires in a classroom setting using the iPad

  • Ensuring Wyndham’s “Road to Success” 12-week follow-up training is being facilitated to new hires in a consistent classroom setting and Online in SuccessMatters

  • Ensuring WVO Sales Compliance in person and online course is completed in new hire classes, as well as all compliance related trainings

  • Ensure follow-up training/ hours of power/ redline trainings are being facilitated regularly, as well as providing additional “Jumpstart” support when needed

  • Ensure all trainers are following their classes to the floor and T.O. behind the new hires 90 days or less

  • Ensure sites are up-to-date on all recently approved Wyndham collateral

  • Partner with Regional Director of Training in staffing any open roles in your area

  • Report weekly to the DOT on the TN area training focus and training team results

  • Accountability to update the Talent Team Share Drive every two weeks


Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years Wyndham sales experience. Frontline and In House experience preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of ClubWyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacation Club

  • A minimum of 1 year Sales Management experience or 2 years in a trainer role is preferred

  • Proven track record with the ability to T.O. tables

  • Must be able to facilitate a New Hire training class using “Play to Win” content on iPad

  • Must have strong working knowledge of iPad (Apple) basics, Talent Team App features, and Notability

  • Must obtain a Tennessee Timeshare license

  • Thorough understanding of Wyndham's products and services

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees in a professional manner

  • Effective time management skills

  • Work schedule flexibility
