Training Coordinator at Biotech/Pharma in Milford, MA
Location: Milford, MA
Job Duty and Description Administration of the LMS, including but not limited to:
Create, publish and assign training courses, manage user accounts, upload user profile documentation
Enter training rosters & revise curriculum/ training roles
Coordinate and maintain training requirements and curricula for Technical Operations personnel
Partnering with Document Control, the Training Community, SOP authors and department management to determine training audience and ensure training is assigned in the LMS.
Provide support related to daily operations of the group including but not limited to:
Generating routine training metrics reports
Managing incoming questions and issues from internal customers and ensure resolution is provided and supporting during regulatory agency inspections.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
-Ability to prioritize and plan own activities in accomplishing objectives.
-Effective communication both verbal and written
-Working knowledge of industry/cGMP requirements
-Interpersonal skills and professional skills
-Must be customer focused and service oriented
-Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, Learning Management System(s)

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
