DescriptionQC Technology Transfer & Training (TT&T) LeaderSeeking experience professionals to assist with the start-up of laboratory operations for a Fortune 500 company.Key work Tasks:* Develops, implements, and provides detailed training packages for operators and leaders of leading edge QC Laboratory. Provides real-time examples of equipment and processes through the use of SkillSoft Learning Management System (LMS), a data base driven system.* Site Training Leaderi Maintains site skill matrix for two separate QC laboratory facilities. Provides coaching on training skill matrix compliance and completion, to both operators and leadership* Site system owner for SkillSoft LMS system. Creates global job aids for other Site Administrators to train their personnel and Key Users. Provides valuable coaching to site administrators, globally, on system functions. Assesses employee learning styles, and adjusts teaching methods, based on those assessments.Responsibilities and Deliverables:- Move current equipment and operations from Andover to Boston plants.- Update and/or create new SOP's approved by QA.- Ensure all operating tasks have a documented procedure and Job Safety analyses (JSA's), Safe Work Practices (JSP's) in place.- Ensure that people are trained/qualified or legally certified.- Develop/Implement TT&T package- Develop Skill Matrix and Step up Cards for equipment owners and operators.- Ensure key initiatives related to new HS&E roles are adequately staffed, trained, qualified, and legally certified.- Ensure that records of training and qualification are documented and filed in site's tracking system.CONTACT: Cincinnati@ApexLifeSciences.com; (513) 605-5495VEVRAA Federal ContractorWe request Priority Protected Veteran & Disabled Referrals for all of our locations within the state.We are an equal opportunity employer.
