Job Summary Manage the curriculum development team to redesign a better, faster, stronger training program that blends traditional and hi-tech learning strategies. Learning objectives will focus heavily on business acumen, sales and innovation. Bring to the organization innovative leadership, content development processes, and technology to provide a world-class training experience. Promote constant improvements with the curriculum and across the teams. Lead the development of new training programs to support product and program launches. Primary Job Responsibilities * Effectively lead the curriculum development team to design and develop training for the field and distribution teams * Recruit, hire, train, lead and motivate training personnel to achieve results and create consistent standards and best practices * Interface with sales, marketing and field leadership to ensure training programs support the corporate strategy * Collaborate with digital training manager to integrate cutting-edge technology into training programs, curriculum and support materials * Manage curriculum development for the New Associate Training, Tenured Associates, Leadership and Distribution Programs, introducing functionality and capability for Institutional sales. * Determine the best training delivery methods to maximize learning and meet business objectives. * Effectively run internal client consultation on their business to help design and oversee the development of innovative, interactive learning solutions with a focus on creative and engaging blended learning programs. Client is defined as, whoever needs training internally. * Make compelling presentations to a variety of audiences; capturing the attention and involvement of any audience * Drive high customer satisfaction, via associate training, with our top customers. * Partner with subject matter experts to design on-going assessments for sales professionals to validate their skills, knowledge and retention of training. * Measure effectiveness of learning and development of programs and implement improvements as necessary. * Identify skill gaps and training opportunities in order to design and deliver sustainable solutions to support the business. * Collaborate with digital and delivery teams to create, incorporate and sustain self, virtual and live classroom experiences. * Other Duties as Assigned Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field. * Minimum of 10+ years of experience in learning, development, training and curriculum design required * Proficiency with MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point and effective use of presentation software. * Management Experience with vendors, i.e. training and consultants to develop training curriculum. * Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications * Proven track record of hiring, managing, coaching and developing high performing team * Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, selling, presentation skills, and technical skills * Strong organizational skills.
