Davita Training Coordinator in Denver, Colorado
The Training Coordinator will work in the fast-paced, dynamic Wisdomdepartment planning and coordinating training programs with an emphasis on newand innovative ways to reach teammates around the world. Training programswill focus on leadership, management, and culture development across theDaVita Village.This teammate will work closely with Wisdom faculty to provide serviceexcellence and create extraordinary experiences for discovery and personalgrowth. The teammate will serve on the DaVita University's (DVU)Learning Architect Team, supporting Wisdom and other teammates who design,deliver, and reinforce training.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinates traditional classroom and virtual learning events.Manages marketing, communications, budgets, and logistics (includingenrollments, training materials, hotel contracts, and food andbeverage) for DVU training programs.Provides service excellence in supporting learners before, during, andafter courses.Works collaboratively with faculty, instructional designers, analysts,and stakeholders.Administers key functions in the Learning Management System.Analyzes and reports findings of learning evaluations and identifies learnertrends to drive continuous improvement.An ideal candidate will have:Background in coordinating logistics for large, traditional classroom coursesExperience scheduling and producing webinars, preferably WebExDemonstrated proficiency in Learning Management Systems and other learningtechnologiesA track record of achieving team results in high-pressure, fast-pacedsituationsPassion around learning and developmentTravel and Time RequirementsTravel: 40-50%Education And ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferredIntermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint,Excel, and Outlook requiredDemonstrated expertise in coordinating logistics for large events requiredDaVita is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
