The COE is anewly formed technical assistance, training and quality improvement centerfor children, youth and families in the state of Colorado. The purpose ofthe COE is to build community-based capacity and expertise that is innovativeand transformative, so that every child, youth and family can achievewellness and sustainability while shaping their own care. The COE is dedicatedto promoting the transformation of mental health care for children, youth,and families in Colorado through research, development, implementation,and evaluation of effective mental health services, supports, and policies.In this role, the People Development Consultant will represent the COE byproviding quality learning opportunities for behavioral health agencies acrossthe state. Through content design and training facilitation, coaching andproject support, the consultant will help drive organizational effectivenessand evidence based practice (EBP) implementation for a variety of externalpartners at the individual, team and organizational level. Distance learningskill sets including eLearning content design, Learning Management System(LMS) management will be functions of this role.A secondary focus area for this position will be Center of Excellence programdesign and implementation. During the implementation phase, the PeopleDevelopment Consultant may be responsible for managing specific projects,planning, project and people coordination, resource development,scheduling, stakeholder engagement and partnership building.Strong candidates will bring a dedication to children, youth and familymental health, proficient clinical and training skills, an ability tothink at a systems level, general understanding and skills in leadership andchange management, comfort with the unknown and flexibility moving outsideone's role.
